Payment -    50% down payment one (1) week before the event and the balance shall be paid on the day of the event

   

                                    or party.

 

     Breakage -    Any breakage of the glass will be charge P 50.00 for  Cocktail Glass, Rock Glass and P 25.00 for Shot  

   

                                       Glass and Tall Shot Glass.

 

 

     Excess -    Any number in excess of 100 pax shall be charged P  150.00 per head.

 

 

     Limitation -    Only items in the agreed package shall be supplied.

 

 

     Time -        2 hours open bar only.Any extension will be charged  P1, 500.00 per hour.

 

 

     Staff-         The client is liable for the food of the bartenders and staff.

 

 

    Crowd-    The client is responsible for the actions of their guest. Charge for any     damage of the bar and staff will depend on the item price and injury of our staff.

 

 

    We have agreed that once the package has been delivered and accepted by the client, all complaints shall be the sole  responsibility of the client.
